The elliptical shaped table was a trademark design of Charles and Ray Eames in the 1950s and is used here to emulate a surfboard, synonomous with Australian beach culture. Hence, the availability of the table in a range of colours. The legs’ minimal proportions allow a predominant focus on the surface and shape of the plywood top.
