Tim Wallace is a designer/maker working across a diverse field including objects, furniture, lighting and joinery. Driven by a belief in the benefits of simple, good design he seeks to create work that enriches everyday life through engaging with issues of sustainability, context and locality.

An honours graduate of the ANU School of Art Furniture Workshop in 2014, he has since worked in shared workshops in Canberra and Sydney, spending a year in London working for a commercial joinery firm.

Since returning from London Tim has undertaken a number of substantial commissions in Sydney and continues to seek out new creative opportunities. His work continues to evolve alongside new technologies and collaborative projects, remaining faithful to the traditions of craftsmanship and quality that are the foundation of his professional practice.
