I enjoy producing beautiful yet highly functional furniture, combining contemporary materials and design ideas, such as glass, aluminium and resin with sustainably sourced timber. I am influenced by the American Shaker movement, its offshoots and also Eastern design movements.

The creative, design and making process for me is a fluid one, that starts with an inspiration. I believe the design and making process should evolve. I feel that making space for a two way conversation lets the materials take their rightful place in the dialogue between the maker and the piece as it comes to life.
